Sean D. Baptiste serves as the inaugural Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer (CPO) for °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±app. He is a member of the Executive Cabinet, reporting to Nemours President and Chief Executive Officer R. Lawrence Moss, MD, FACS, FAAP.

As CPO, Sean is the cultural champion and driving force for maintaining and cultivating a culture of wellness across Nemours. Our bold vision of creating the healthiest generations of children requires an equally bold commitment to building the healthiest workforce in America.

He joins Nemours from RWJBarnabas Health, where he held multiple leadership roles in human resources, most recently, Vice President of Talent and Innovation. His responsibilities included designing, implementing and executing enterprisewide workforce strategies and innovative talent initiatives. His work spanned employee relations, talent management, diversity, equity and inclusion, learning and development, and compensation.

Sean received his Master of Healthcare Administration from The Milken Institute School of Public Health at George Washington University in Washington, D.C.; his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU) in Teaneck, New Jersey; and is a Lean Six Sigma Certified Yellow Belt. He serves as President of the New Jersey chapter of the National Association of Health Services Executives and is a member of the FDU Silberman College of Business Board of Advisors. He is based in the Delaware Valley.
